Emotional Freedom Technique Tapping

Here I demonstrate how to use the EFT tapping sequences in order to help calm your anxiety levels. Please customize your own statements to use as you see fit for your own purposes.

Sequences:

This sequence is begun by starting with tapping the karate chop point, which is the side of your hand opposite from your thumb, while simultaneously repeating your setup phrase three times in a row. Start with tapping with the fingerprint edge of each finger on your opposite hand, between the end of the wrist and the start of your pinkie finger. Next, tap each of the following points seven times, beginning at the top, descending down your body:

    1. Top of your head
    2. Between your eyebrows
    3. The sides of your eyes
    4. Under your eyes
    5. Under your nose
    6. Your chin
    7. The beginning of your collar bone
    8. Under your arm

Once you have finished tapping under your arm, the sequence is completed by ending at the top of your head. While you tap throughout your body, think of a small reminder phrase you can say to yourself. Be sure to say this phrase at each tapping point at least once. Idea
